Exchange & Return
All goods can ONLY be exchange in the following circumstances.
- Wrong colour (Different from what you ordered)
- Wrong size (Different from what you ordered)
- Clothing defects
- Kindly attach photo of the items
- Do not wash, wear or remove the plastic packing.
- All exchanges must be made within 3 working days.
All goods sent back for exchange will be the customer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible for any loss of goods during the journey back.
Not applicable for product exchange:

2.2 Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
PinkyDress.com will not be responsible in cases of slight colour differences due to photo-taking being subjected to different lightings or within 1 to 3 inches difference in measurement. In such instances, no exchange will be allowed.
All goods sold are non-refundable. A full refund of the product paid will only be made if:
- The product is out of stock after payment is made.
- Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
For refund cases, all discount and promotion will be voided.
Shipping fee will not be refunded
