Q. How do i acquire more information regarding the products i am buying?
A. We will try our very best to render aid for any product-related enquiries. At the same time, extensive information such as descriptions, measurements as well as images provided will be as accurate and correct as we possibly could. However, do take note that while products may be the same, slight colour variation do occur occasionally due to factors such as enhanced photo effects and lighting conditions.
Q. How would i know whether the product are in stock and available.
A. Product's availability are updated on a daily basis. In short, products that is temporarily or permanently out of stock will be sorted into the [Out Of Stock] folder. Hence, buying of out of stock products will not be possible. However, in any unfortunate events whereby products is unavailable after purchase, due to stock-taking lapse caused by overwhelming response. Worry not, we have a large pool of ready-stocked products for replacement orders to be made. Cheers.
Q. How would you rate the quality of your merchandise?
A. All our apparels are handpicked for style and quality alike. We have a set of stringent quality control measures in-placed to closely monitor, inspect and even scrutinised for quality. Hence, approximately 90% of our customer came back for more in no time.
Q. How would i know whether a product would fit me ?
A. Detailed product's size and measurements has already been included in the description of all individual products.
Q. Can i do an exchange if product do not fit me ?
A. Kindly refer to the (Returns & Exchange) page under [Service] tab for more information.
Q. How do i use the voucher code ?
A. Simply enter the given code at the shopping cart before checkout. Adjusted price should be reflected upon acceptance of code.
Q. Can i amend my orders (add or edit items) ?
A. Before payment - Yes. Simply ignore the orders with error, create a new order and proceed with
payment. We will handle the rest. Orders not paid for within 48 Hrs will be deleted and hence
deemed invalid.
After payment - No. Due to business considerations, NO changes can be made to all paid orders.

Q. Can i request for a check for product availability?
A. As mentioned, Products' availability are updated on a daily basis. In short, products that is temporarily or permanently out of stock will be sorted into the [Out Of Stock] folder. Hence, buying of out-of-stock products will not be possible. However, please be informed that even when stocks are confirmed to be available at this very moment, it may be sold out the very next day.
Hence, checking of product availability would not be advisable.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Sure we do. International shipping is possible for all destinations reachable by major shipping lines or company. Do contact us for more information.
Q. I am having difficulties buying on the site, are there any alternative means for ordering?
A. As part of our excellent customer service, you can contact us directly for ordering should you have any difficulties. However, do get the (Product Code), (Size) and (Quantity) ready to facilitate the buying process. Do note that this service is extended to customer with difficulties only. As the buying process is designed to be really simple, we sincerely hope that no one would mis-use this service as buying directly from our site provides easy and clear references thus eliminating the risk for any mis-communication or order errors that may occur.
Q. Do you have any showroom, shops, office or warehouse where i can view and purchase directly?
A. Currently, we do not have a outlet for retail. We would prefer a low overhead cost as it will then enable us to bring you the best at the lowest possible price. Due to overwhelming response and man-power constraints, viewing and buying direct from our office is also not possible. However, plans for events such as Members Only Sale, Bazaar Sale as well as Clearance Sale at malls or exclusive function areas are already in the pipeline.
Q. How do i track the status of my orders?
A . Order status can easily be tracked by logging into your account. Upon logging in, click on (Orders) located on the top left column. Key in preferred search criteria and viola!
Q. How long will it takes for my orders to reach me.
A. Generally, shipping or delivery time may varies according to the nature and availability of products.
Ready stocks: 2 to 4 business days
Pre-order: 5 to 10 business days (Eg. Lingerie)
Ready Stocks will ship out the following business day.
For Courier, delivery time will be 2 business days or lesser. Rest assure we will try our utmost to deliver within or well under the stipulated time-frame.
Q. What are the available mode of payments ?
A. We accept all Major credit cards via Paypal, Singapore POSB/DBS ibanking and ATM transfer
** Kindly note that Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only for Singapore customers only at the moment. Due to stock limitations, payment must be made within 48HRS upon receipt of confirmation email from us. Orders not paid for within 48 HRS, will be deleted and be made available again. Re-order will then be necessary and subjected to availability at that point of time **
Q. How do i make payment by Credit Card ?
- At the Checkout Page, Select Payment Method by Credit/Debit Cards.
- Click on Place Order, you’ll be directed to “PAYPAL” website.
- Click on continue if you do not have a valid Paypal Account.
- Upon successful payment, you'll then be directed back to our site.
- You can expect to receive two emails one from PinkyDress and the other from Paypal, to inform you on transaction status.
Q. Will my information be kept private?
A. Worry not, PinkyDress.com will NOT be able to access any of your credit card details. They will only be made available to Paypal. As PayPal is using state-of-art cutting edge fraud prevention and encryption systems. You can be assured that your information is in very safe hands. Kindly take note that, if PayPal is used, sensitive financial will NOT be revealed or shared with PinkyDress.
** PayPal account is not necessary if payment were to be made using Credit Cards**
Q. Can i self collect my orders?
A. Sure, contact us for more details.
Q. I may not be around or available when my parcel arrive, what can i do?
A. In this case, we would recommend Courier Service as the mode of shipping, as delivery time could then be altered to your personal preference. Kindly indicate the preferred timing on Customer's Note in the checkout page.
Q. The items i received have manufacturing defects, what can i do?
A. All of our products are subjected to a series of strict quality control measures in order to maintain a high level of customer's satisfaction. Though scarce, in the unfortunate event of any manufacturing defects, we will be most willing to provide an exchange. However, we only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging. For higher replacement value, a top-up for the difference will be required. Refund of price differences from our side will be provided for a replacements of lower value.
Q. I have ordered the wrong size, can i ask for a refund or exchange?
A. No, All sizes and measurements are already displayed clearly on each product's description page.
Due to business considerations, we will not be responsible for any wrong orders. Hence, we strongly urge all customers to measure slowly, accurately and correctly before making payment.
